Here’s how we busted through the Amazon noise and accelerated SoundCore’s sales on the eCommerce giant.
The Problem: Big tech dominates in SoundCore’s categories.
- Competition in the headphone category is fierce on Amazon.com. Unfortunately, the traffic landscape is also brutal to navigate for smaller audio brands. Traffic is split between low-price competitors and huge brands like Apple.
- When we started working with them, SoundCore was a relatively new and small brand with high-quality offerings — now beloved among Grammy-winning artists. So the main challenge was, how could the company make headway on Amazon, jammed between low-prices and bigwig companies?
- SoundCore needed an airtight strategy that would ensure they could carve out a specific slice of the market.
Solution? The Triangle Strategy

- Through our triangle strategy, SoundCore became the most popular TWS (true wireless) brand in the $50-$100 price-band in the following markets on Amazon:
